Apple is known for being a little lawyer happy in respect to keeping their "iproducts" safe and sound. They have shown much dismay and aggression for Samsung who they accuse of "ripping off" ideas from patents, trademarks, and trade dress registrations. Very odd to me that the South Korean based Smasung would take this lightly as they sell some integral pieces of top selling apple products like the iPhone and iPad. Moreover, Where is google in all of this? The have managed to keep their noses clean and out of Apple's black book while working with a number of the companies that Apple has sued in the past for similar reasons.
